HEY Y'ALL!

 

I was raised in the big city of Dallas, Texas and eventually moved to Alexandria, Virginia my sophomore year of High School.

Determined to adjust to my new surroundings , I put all of my focus into school and extracurricular activities. 

 

I began my professional career volunteering at my High School in Annandale, Virginia as a make-up artist for the theatre program. Being an amateur at make-up application, I desired to learn more about what to do if I wanted to create various looks. Getting inspiration from YouTube beauty gurus such as Jessica Harlow, Michelle Phan, and Kandee Johnson, I began to build confidence in my creative abilities.

After graduating from Annandale High, I attended Northern Virginia Community College as a PR Major for one year. Realizing that I felt something was missing, I delved into my hobby and passion of becoming a make-up artist.

After freelancing in the DMV area since 2009, I finally decided to attend the Aveda Institute in Washington D.C to follow my dreams in becoming an up and coming stylist. I now service clients for hair and make-up in the DMV area and have plans to relocate to New York City by 2016.
